Need to return something? No problem.
We're phasing out paper return forms and switching to an online return service. Please visit HERE to request a return.
 

To return any item(s) simply follow the instructions below. Send your item(s) to the Returns
address specified below. You have 28 days from the date you receive your order to return it
for a refund.

1. Complete the sections for Returns / Action codes and confirm the quantity
being returned.

2. Use the comments section to provide any useful information that might aid the
assessment of your return.

3. The cost of return lies with the purchaser unless the item is faulty.

4. For all returns, please ensure that the packaging you use will protect the item(s) during
transit as we cannot be held liable for items damaged in transit.

5. Exchanges are no longer free. All returned items will be refunded after inspection by
our warehouse team. If you need a different size or colour of an item, then you’ll need
to place a new order.

IMPORTANT - Please note:
• Non-faulty returned item(s) MUST be in their original condition showing no signs of
wear and tear, with all original packaging and swing tags etc intact, undefaced by tape,
labels, or postage stamps.

• We advise that you to use a recorded / trackable delivery service such as Royal Mail
Signed For and to retain your proof of posting.

• Returns can be sent to: Total Sport Returns - Hendon Road, Sunderland, SR1 2JD.

• Personalised/made to order items (any item with embroidery or print applied of any kind) cannot be returned for exchange or refund unless there is a fault with the product or the personalisation (for example, incorrect badge or initials). This includes certain Schools/Colleges/Academies and Team wear. This will be determined on a order specific basis.

• Returns will be processed within 10 working days from the date they are received by
us. You will be notified by email when complete.
